David Cameron has defended the decision to freeze benefit rises at 1% a year.
He said the policy, backed on Tuesday by MPs, was "fair and right".

The coalition defeated an attempt by Labour to prevent a the three-year cap.
The PM also promised an "unvarnished" review of the colation's performance.
The coalition will later set out its audit of the pledges made in the agreement which led to its formation in 2010.
Mr Cameron is due to give a speech on the UK's relationship with the EU later this month and this is likely to come up during the first Prime Minister's Questions of the year.
The session will end at about 12:30 GMT.
